How does the private label manufacturing work?

We manufacturers produce private label cosmetics that are sold under your (a retailer’s) brand name. You only have to consult with us to select the product, ingredients, packaging, and other elements, and we will take care of the production process for you.

Do you provide in-house products?

Yes. We provide in-house products can either be labeled with your own brand, or ready-to-ship products labeled with our global brands. While we are capable to offer modified versions of varies brands, just consult with us.

What are your formulation capabilities?

We have experience of over a decade in cosmetic manufacturing and our own research lab. Our expert chemists will help you in choosing the right ingredients/ formulations for your products. We can also create specific formulation of the products exclusively for your brand.

Are your products effective?

We choose safe materials which meet the cosmetics standard in most of areas and countries. TEST REPORTs are available upon request.

How can I manage the product costs?

We import raw materials directly from named reliable suppliers of origin to make sure we have the finest materials on lowest cost. Our automatic production line and skillful co-workers enabled us to maximize our production efficiency so does the production cost.

When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 1 working day after inquiries received. Should you require immediate reply, please let us know and we will put your inquiries on our top priority list.

If I want to customize the product, what’s the delivery time?

Usually it takes 22 working days for customized products from the confirmation scheme to the shipment of finished products, excluding the transportation time.

What’s the production lead time?

For our in-house products, 1-2 working days after payment.For OEM/ODM, it normally cost about 22 working days after product design is confirmed and deposit is arranged.

Do you support sample service?

Yes, we provide sample service, the sample quantity can be 1-5pcs . our laboratory will cost 2-4 days to make the sample.

Do you provide free samples?

Samples are not free, but we will deduct the sample cost from bulk order, so you actually only need to pay for the shipping cost.

Can you help me with the custom clearance?

Yes, our service team can assist in the custom clearance.
